便宜空間大。在這位置上,房價我覺得很便宜!
My wifes company keeps two corporate apartments here to her this is home away from home. I visited twice, two years ago and last week. I don't know about the smaller units, but the largest apartments are a good size for Shanghai where rents are as expensive as NYC, if not more. My wife is a great cook, and one of the best markets (think Whole Foods, except Chinese) is across the street under the Jing'An Temple in the Metro station. It's a beautiful neighborhood, not touristy like the French Concession or Bund, and as I said, the main metro line 2 is across the street. The unit is simply decorated in an understated elegant way, wood floors, marble countertops in the bath, and the kitchen is small but functional. If you leave your clothes out, the maid will put it in the washer for you, or if it is in the dryer, she will hang it up for you. Wifi added last year, a great plus. Deposit on router you get back when you check out.
