Excellent building and overall feeling. The employees are very nice, especially if in the executive rooms. Some rooms are becoming old and noir properly maintained

Really great hotel. We booked here by mistake, we wanted the downtown JW but this was the best we could hope for! Its far quieter than its downtown cousin, and has a massive park, great places to visit, easy to get downtown via car or metro. The staff was so friendly and nice. The hotel is mostly filled with Chinese business people. I was cold during supper one, and the waiter notice, he ran off (really fast too) and came back running with a very thick shall for me! I was stunned. Because it is not a tourist hotel but a business hotel they are very attentive. I got up from my table to get breakfast from the buffet, and 3 people sat at my table even though my bags, and drink was still there. Its common in China for people who do not know each other to sit with each other. The waiter notice my surprise and came over got my bags and moved me to another table, where I and my travel buddy could sit. (they had taken his seat so we had to move).

The boss of the house 600 a pack of two early no one to live, it is a pity, and I came to rub a bath it. The location is still relatively embarrassing, surrounded by the subway from a distance, the biggest point is the river and a large park, Changfeng Park. Style with me in Hangzhou to live in Kaiyuan a bit like. Room without power, dry and wet separation is very comfortable. But the tub is dirty. The bed is still as comfortable as ever, the Marriott signs will not be bad here. It seems that I want to buy a Marriott brand after the mattress. Is not used to shampoo taste, two goods Y like this, Ritz do not want this shampoo. I feel unpleasant tight, I still like to spend fragrance.

The room is clean, comfortable and great with the standards of a JW Marriott. However, the internet speed is always horribly slow in the night!

Considering this as a business hotel in Shanghai, it is impossible to do any work in the night with the tremendously slow internet every single night!

Excellent customer service and nice room. Next to a shopping mall too. A bit far from city centre but it's quiet and opposite Chang Feng park. You can have a good rest here.
