Location was fantastic! Breakfast was good, but provided for only 1 person per day, so we only used it half the time. Housekeeping was good, but didn't always refresh the toiletries when needed.

Nice, centrally located. Family Apts are good. The sofa can be opened to a bed. All modes of transportations are close.

These are real pictures.. yes.. property is well located on the main road.. near to Peoples Square metro station.. 10 mins walk.. i took a family suite.. with one double ved room and another room with sofa cum bed.. very scenic rooms nice ambience.. kitchen is very cute with all sorts of facilities.. but you to wash the utensils yourself.. wifi in the room is not good.. overall very comfortable stay..

There are sooo many good hotels in Shanghai, this one is not one of them.

Breakfast was ok, but it's in Shanghai. Food should never be an issue.

The hotel staff gave me a really bad face and hard time over 2 bottles of mineral water, which are actually included in my payment. I paid over 800 rmb for a night there. The water cost maybe 2 rmb per bottle.

When I asked for an Invoice, the reception woman Ms. Wang really tried every means not to gave me one, which I can only understand that they were trying to avoid paying tax in China. Because most of their costumers are foreigners, probably they've been doing it for pretty long time. It's not the first time for me to ask for an invoice for my company expenses in China. Never was I asked for such detailed information, like the taxation number of my company, the bank name of my company account and the account number. And now they've wasted another 15min of my life to leave them this bad feedback.
