Beautiful infrastructure by the lake. The service during off season is lacking if you come from further away and do not make it in time for the guided tour at noon, there is only one tour per day.
The older lady at the front counter is not very warm to answer questions and is a bit rude.
The Italian restaurant next door is simply amazing and the customer service there is great.
Overall a good experience.

Beautiful theatre over Lake Llanquihue with a glorious 360 view of the lake (and impressive view of Osorno Volcano). There is an excellent coffee house, called Capuccini, on the same theatre.

The place is Nice to walk and come to take a coffee or something to eat but if you want to do some cultural thing in the theater have to plan it in advance otherwise is just to see the building from outside. The lake is delicious on summer, nice beach and a lot of people.

First of all the overview of the Llanquihue lake is stunning, the whole town is beautiful and the theatre itself is the most impressive man made building I have seen in the Chilean south. But you must remember that in order to visit the interior, there are only two tours(yes, you cannot enter if you are not part of the tour): the first one starts at 12 o'clock (noon) and the last one at 17 o'clock (5 pm). The reason I cannot give it five stars is that the tourism information offices don't let you know the lack of opportunities to go inside.

Restaurant has good prices, great views, yummy food, service slightly slow. The theatre look liked it had some world class shows. It was raining when we went there and no dry way to get to restaurant, and the spouting and downpipes didn't do very good jobs they were over flowing every where.
