Not stayed there myself but my parents are there at the moment and my father has had a heart attack. The staff have been a great help to my mum by taking to hospital and helping contact me. Done more than i would ever expect. Thank you very much everyone

This hotel has an stunning view of the Llanquihue Lake and Osorno Volcano. That's enough to make it an excellent choice, trust me.

But the Hotel is also great, the service is warm and excellent and it's restaurant is top notch.

Beautiful hotel. Remarkably friendly and helpful staff. I dropped prescription sun glasses off my deck (lake volcano view stunning !!!) and a lens popped out landing on the glass roof over the dining area. Stephen came to my rescuesaid he needed a mission and by the time we got back from outing he had succeeded in retrieving lens. Food is excellent, Piscos the best and unending graciousness. Thanks staff at Cumbres and especially Stephen !!

This hotel met expectations in every way. Modern, clean, spacious, friendly staff, good food, well furnished rooms. The best part is the lakefront view, which is absolutely spectacular on a clear day, and the large windows really make the most of it.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Clean and great views. Was not thrilled to find the coffee pods in rooms were not replaced daily (without charge) nor water. No iron in room, but provided when requested. Great location and proximity to town.

Good breakfast, dinner. I've enjoyed sitting in the sun room on the first floor, surfing the internet after 14 days traveling though remote areas of Patagonia that doesn't have internet access. Rooms are spacious, and the service is friendly. Small pool on the seventh floor. The only drawback is the cologne smell the lobby constantly has.
