This hotel and restaurant is located along the shore of Lake Llanquihue in Puerto Varas, Chile. The location is nearly ideal for viewing, weather permitting, the snow capped Osorno Volcano. The food and service in the restaurant is very good. Wi-Fi is provided to patrons.

Excellent location overseeing the lake Llanquihue. I could see both Volcanoes, Osorno and Calbuco, from my room. Comfortable rooms, friendly people, nice breakfast. Very close to restaurants and local attractions. Will not hesitate staying there again. Online prices can be better than walk-ins by 30+%.

Great views. Is old but cozy, ideal to rest. Clean, but bathrooms need attention. Service is good, but slow. Low point: restaurant, expensive and not good enough.

Pefect location in front of the lake and the volcano. Same veiw from the room and the restaurant . The one downside was at they failed to solve the hot wate problem
