I stayed here in Nov 2011 on a business trip. The hotel has modern and up market chic ambience.👌The landscaping is wonderfully and artistically done. The reception is well organized and designed.👍 The staff is professional and courteous. The rooms were neat clean and contemporary. Buffet breakfast was complimentary and had a lavish spread along with live chef stations. Quality and quantity of the dishes was good and tasty. ✌The poolside has breath taking views of the mountains nearby and is very beautifully organized. Clean and green surroundings with fresh air all around. Well maintained hotel. Centrally located place to the business hubs. Overall a great experience staying in this hotel!🍻🍷🍹

A very comfortable hotel to stay at offering all the facilities expected from a hotel of this standard but with some great extras.
The restaurant is a great place to eat for foodies as it under the wing of one of Chile's leading chefs - we were told he has his own TV show which featured food cooked here. Then there is the outside ares centered around a good sized pool with an indoor/outdoor bar and a separate dining area for excellent breakfasts and buffet meals.
Staff were were always very helpful and the interior public areas are of a high level of up market unusual design loved the atrium above the bar. The only thing which stopped it being 5 stars was the rather pokey bedroom and some sloppy housekeeping including insufficient and very tired towels

Nice rooms but small. Bathroom nice but small. No Kleenex provided. No coffee maker in room. Internet provided by the day. Beautiful exterior at the base of Cerro San Cristobal.

Stopped here for three days on the way to Antarctica. Fantastic selection for breakfast. Nice swimming pool area with plenty of seating and a bar with dinning tables.
Room was very clean, two big double beds even for single occupation.

Nice, centrally hotel with a functional conference center that can easily cater to large meetings. Rokms and service are appropriate for the price of the stay. As a plus, the restaurant offers delicious meat plates that will leave you wanting more.

Good location, nice accommodations. The breakfast and food at the bar is not on par with a 5 start hotel. The meat I ordered was overcooked and did not taste well.

Bar service is so slow, a average of 20 Minutes of wait before a server comes to you rooms have carpet that drys the air, shower are ok but the water change so much temperature from cold to extreme hot for nothing and soak the floor cause doors don't close good. But the hotel is beautiful well situate and the tower next on the the 21st floor is amazing view.

I liked the location and the room was fine. Didn't like that the fire alarm was triggered because I was heating the water of the shower with the door opened.

This hotel is so nice! It's very updated and the views are awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows are a bit firm, so ask housekeeping for soft ones. There's a huge pool surrounded by restaurants and a bar. At night the pool turns into a fountain and people sit in the Cabanas to relax. There's a bar within the hotel that has a minimum charge of 25000 pesos. The buffet is standard and cost around 18 US dollars. I really wanted to try El CID, the restaurant in the hotel, but we did not have time. I definitely would stay here the next time we are in Santiago. As an spg member u get free water and I received a 20% discount on all food.

I've stayed here 3 times and am always welcomed with open arms. Staff are friendly and helpful. A la carte and Buffet breakfast on the 21St floor is one of the best I've experienced.
Fantastic gym and indoor and outdoor pool. Ask for a room looking towards the mountains. Can't get enough of the view of the Andes from the 21St floor!!!

Being an international hotel based in US expected better service with fewer language barriers. Room was actually quite nice, service is only major complaint.
