  Very nice hotel with every possible amenity. It is especially convenient to ESO and ALMA. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious.

  The terrace has a very good view of Santiago and cordillera. It also has a swimming pool which makes it even more nice. Cocktail service is ok and food is ok.

  Great, world class hotel. Very professional front desk service, everyone speaks English. Great views and an unique restaurant asy the top floor. Amazing atmosphere! Parking service! Great choice of cosmetics at every room. Including shoe polish

  I remember one name Isidora from reception, who was v.v.v. profesional and helped us a lot
  hardly can wait to be there again

  With an amazing Terrace which can inspire your day with a view of the Andes. The NOI has a great staff and very comforting rooms.
  I do recommend the hotel, or even just going to the terrace bar and get a Pisco Sour during the sunset ;)
