Thus hotel is in a fantastic location, and the service was very good. The room was vert quiet.
However for the price, I expected a little more. The bed underlay had to be changed as it was lumpy, and I cut my finger opening the shampoo.

The rooftop bar terrasse is just perfect, the ambiance is cool and the staff really great !!! For the food that they call snack it is marvelous we take a ceviche was delicious and the tartar was glorious ! For me it is a place to pass by in Santiago !!!

This hotel is first class. Beautifully decorated with a fantastic restaurant, the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect, with an exceptional location.

This is one of the best hotels in Santiago. Located in a busy neighborhood. Beautiful deck to go for drinks (great drinks), really good restaurant (no need to go somewhere else) and one of the best breakfasts in town (simple, but everything is just perfect). My congratulations to the renovation they did: it is a beautiful old building, with great attention to detail. Rooms have a decent size (not huge, but just right)

Great rooftop bar! Relaxed and distinct, nice atmosphere, excellent service, good choice of cocktails & snacks, groovy lounge music, fair prices, unconditionally recommanded!

Great Hotel! Especially when you are not paying for it. Stayed here for a week. Great service and super helpful staff! Rooms were fully loaded and very comfortable. Took a peek at the rooftop bar, but didn't actually stay. It was beautiful. Had the best pisco sour of all the places I went in Santiago in the lobby lounge. Would definitely stay here again even if I had to pay!

My wife and I wanted to come here for dinner but dinner didn't start till 7. This was a pretty good consolation prize. Great views, tapas and service in a relaxed atmosphere. I could only imagine what dinner would be like here. And last but not least: Our waiter was from Hoboken (small world)

Nice and elegant restaurant. Sober and serious design. Beautiful patio for a summer dinner. Excelente service. Nice mix of flavours from the Chilean Patagonia. The strong points are the centolla and lamb. Although the duck with fruits and the guanaco with quinoa were very good!!
They can give a nice surprise for a special occasion.
