In my experience W Hotels are inconsistent. Some good, some bad. This one however is excellent!

One of the best places in Las Condes to enjoy appetizers and drinks while watching the sunset over the city. Friendly service, gorgeous mountain & city views.

As with all W hotels, Santiagos is extravagent. We went for drinks and food on level 4. The chilean fusion sushi bar is one of the best. Don't bother with ordering off the menu, just ask for the chefs selection, you will not be disappointed. Pisco sours are on point. Adjoining bar is great for afternoon unwind after a day or work or seeing b the sights

They try hard to give you a special experience but in the end the price - value ratio makes it "meh". Excellent selection of booze, i found the food lacking. The panorama lounge has got a view but that's the best i can say about it.

Great hotel in Santiago. Rooms are beautiful in the typical W style. The building also has a great gym, different and varied restaurants to go for dinner and even some apparel stores. One of the best hotels in Santiago!

Really great staff. Lounge is very likely every night with live music and pop up shops and a dj. Location is a bit clinical but you can tell it is a fancy neighborhood. Rooftop bar has a great view of the mountains. Lamb shank is good at the restaurant but the rest of the food is so so. Lobby bathrooms are a bit rundown. Rooms are very spacious but you can sometimes hear noises from the hallway or rooms next to yours. Wish they had more local food on the menu . Room service is super fast !
