Very nice and right across from a shopping center and plenty of choices for food. Staff was unimpressive. Lots to be desired except the amazing lady that took care of our room. Bar staff and restaurant could have been doing is a favor if I wasn't mistakenbeds and pillows, great.

This hotel is average and needs improvement to get back its glamour. Bottled water is not free and the Wi-Fi is choppy. The rooms are adequate but needs modernization. The location is a 12 minute walk to Parque Arauco, which is one of the larger malls in Santiago. The breakfast selection is good. There is good value for the price paid. A little improvement should get this hotel back on track.

A quality hotel suitable for business or tourism. Some distance from the city centre but in a pleasant location near large shopping mall with plenty of food options. Also nearby is a stop for the city hop on hop off your bus. Happy to recommend.

Hotel muy bueno y a un precio no muy elevado. El desayuno buffet no es muy variado, pero es rico. La piscina temperada muy buena. Las habitaciones y los alrededores muy limpios. Excelente!

My family and I recently spent two two nights in your hotel. We did not realize that hat time was during your national holiday and corresponded to an earthquake.. The staff made our stay most enjoyable by arranging tours and a special treat to a big "do"at the large park.
But, perhaps most importantly to you all, I found your staff exceedingly helpful and gracious and the dinner which we had in your dining area was superb. Thank you for a short though great stay.
