Great location but Extremely rude front desk Especially a woman called Jessica. She must be removed from all customer interactions. Wifi never ever works. Please come with roaming active or buy your own sim card. Breakfast is v basic and poor. I strongly suggest to avoid this hotel

The rooms and beds are certainly Premium Quality. Sadly, the swimming pool is Far too small. There was no control and The People was coming In whit shoes into the swimming pool área. The water in the swimming pool was turbid and worst than the water in the outside pools. The price is Pretty Over The average in europe. So at least it should have a real spa. The worker are very kind a helpful. The restaurant lack in local food. I come to Chile not for a risotto .

I had a really nice stay here. This place is super convenient. You walk out of the airport, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and then you're at the hotel! The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I thought the food here was great. The burgers I had were unbelievably good. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice room and convenient location as it is just outside the airport terminal. The hotel however is not directly connected with the terminal, and this is the only hotel within walkable distance from the terminal. The room price is high due to a lack of competition.

Great location right across the airport good restaurant and very good breakfast rooms are specious and clean, you can enjoy a free WiFi service. There is a bar on the first floor as well. If you changing plane in Santiago that is best choice

For easy access to Santaigo airport this hotel was perfect! Literally walk out the front doors and bingo you are at the airport. Perfect for my 830 am departure. Excellent, friendly service and my dinner of lamb chops, veggies and tinto vino was muy delicious. Everything was great, bravo team Holiday Inn Santaigo!

Very convenient for the terminal building, but two comments: you can get a good meal in Gatsby's (across in the terminal building)) for half the price, and (IMHO) the coffee machines in the rooms produce the worst coffee you will ever taste. Rather, there is no taste! Upside: the staff are excellent and tried to help (with the coffee problem!) I would definitely book in here again.

Convenient, only steps away from airport. Excellent for overnight stay with early flight . Not centrally located but lots of convenient transportation options. Quiet, clean room. Good size bathroom, lots of nice fluffy towels. Price comparable to other hotels in Santiago.

So convenient, right across from the airport. Good sound insulation, didn't hear any airplane noise. Good security with room key accessed entry. Perfect place for us for the night since we landed at 8pm at night and had to fly out next morning at 9am. It might be a little more expensive than other hotels, but savings on taxi and hassle was worth it for us.
