Volver después de 18 años con parte de familia. Lo hemos pasado extraordinariamente bien. Realmente un lugar muy bueno, sobretodo la gentileza de todos y cada uno de sus profesionales 👏👏👍👍

Coming from the U.S. there is quite the language barrier. However they made a very good effort on trying to get me every thing I needed. So the staff is great. Especially the bartenders. Rooms have great A/C, multiple pools. My favorite was the infinity pool. The only thing I didn't like was the fence that separated the hotel from the ocean. I think it's there so people don't get hurt on the rocks. I'll definitely stay here again when in Arica, Chile.

excelente lugar ubicación privilegiada al lado del mar amplio estacionamiento muy buena disposición del personal bar muy acogedor con música en vivo
recomendaría incluir sala de entretenimiento para no tener q tomar tanto jajaja

Un hotel acogedor, con terrazas con un paisaje al mar lo que lo hace muy hermoso. La atención de la gente es muy amable y educada. Buen gourmet. Falta mejorar las habitaciones.

One of the better hotels in Arica. It's getting a bit old but staff service is good, the pools are great and since it sits on the beach the views cannot be beaten. Consider hotel Apacheta, right next to it. Modern, ecological, clean, cheaper and much nicer. Apacheta has no pool.

Recién llegados la recepción excelente. La zona común con piscina junto al mar, es una delicia. El desayuno muy bueno así como la atención. Muy recomendable.

Didn't stay here, but ate dinner one evening. Large party next room over didn't stop us from having a nice dinner here overlooking the pool/surf. Wait staff attentive, food well prepared: ceviche was excellent as was the steaks. Only downside was the price. A bit too high.
