I have waited three hours to learn there are no rooms available, even though I had a reservation!
Update!
After being in the hotel for almost three month total, I had A good time. The beach is very near, with many restaurants all around. At the weekend there are good attractions for kids. The staff was very kind.
The view to the ocean from my room was enchanting!
Be aware that some times it is difficult for someone who doesn't know Spanish, and the WiFi isn't so great.
I recommend going to Rayu restaurant for anyone that stays in this hotel!response / report this review -

Amplio buen desayuno , exelente para familias, las habitaciones son amplias .. cerca de los paques de juegos en la playa . Linda vista. Todo muy bien en mi estadia. El recepcionista un 7 .

A franchise hotel with nice spacious rooms with sea side view, literally in the shore, it has good parking space, breakfast buffet and a quiet surrounding.
