  Great place to stay and sleep, and great place for old people. Be careful of having breakfast as they might have different areas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They won't tell you until you sit down, and once you sit wrong, they speak something behind you as you don't understand Deutsch.
  
  Generally, it is a retirement home.

  Wonderful property mainly because of the lovely people managing the show!! Very friendly & helpful staff. New building is now open and the rooms are very comfortable with all the necessary facilities plus the staff esp. Ms. Nadja was ready to help with any additional requirement that we had.
  Mr. Nehru, Mr. Markus and Mr. Zafar kept us delighted through our meals with their cheerfulness and good nature. Always there to serve us with a smile, they took care of all our needs and really made our stay at Artos delightful and memorable.

  The staff at the reception desk at Hotel Artos were very helpful. They helped make phone calls for me to retrieve my lost luggage. They also forwarded to me items that I had left behind in the room when checking out. Service at Hotel Artos goes beyond the call of duty!

  Very nice hotel with good service from the Front Desk personnel. The breakfast is ample with a nice diversity of items and the service was good. The rooms are large and were very clean. The biggest complaint is the poor internet service. It is available only in the lobby and the service was intermittent at best.

  Although we arrived late (after eight) after a day on the snow mountains we were warmly welcomed.Beeing after eight the buses did not run their regular 30 minute interval and we were forced to use a taxi.The fare was quickly refunded on arrivala nice surprise!.
  The room was very comfortable ,spacious and clean.
  After a good night sleep we enjoyed a nice breakfast with very friendly and helpfull staff.
  We will definitely recommend the Zentrum Artos Interlaken and revisit in the future.
  Thanks to all the staff for their friendly service.
