Location in Bern excellent tram links to the historic, particular emphasis must be friendliness, service, and especially the cleanliness.

Convenient location near public transit pickup and nearby restaurants. Upon arriving at Waldhorn, we were provided with a complimentary travel card that gave us free travel on public trans. You can easily hop on a tram and be in the heart of shopping or the train station in a matter of five or ten minutes.

Very clean. Very efficient. The room we had would barely fit a yoga mat but fortunately the beds roll easily. Doing yoga without the mat I found the carpets super clean with a pleasant neutral smell. (Thought I throw that in) Breakfast was a happy discovery. After reading reviews I may tend to agree that they do not refill bananas but everything else seems well tended. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Super easy connections to public transit. Sleeping with the window open we found the neighborhood quiet with a nearby clock discreetly marking the quarter hours. Nothing elaborate that would keep one awake. It is a good choice. We'd come back if we found ourselves here in the future.
PS: USB charging ports in the room a nice feature for the techno-tied. No wall adapter needed!
PSS: Neighborhood convenience / grocery store about 2.5 blocks away if you are shocked at restaurant prices in Bern.response / report this review -

Very friendly staff. Small but comfortable room. A walking distance from the Rose garden, and reachable transportation nearby. Lost a star for no air-conditioning!

Staff is friendly and proffesional. Rooms are clean, but very small. Free city transportation tickets ir very very nice surprise. City center is easyly reached by walk.
Breakfast ispoor. No vegetables is maybe ok, but itlooks they have limited food. Boiled eggs ended in 2 hours and no more was served additional, jam - the same storry. You have to get up very early to get not just jam and cheese 😀😀😀😀 fresh bananas are showed in the photoresponse / report this review -

Convenient location to walk to Rosengarten and a couple tram stops to the old town. Service and breakfast are great. The room was a little hot at night during the summer, but bed was comfortable.

Really lovely place to stay, it's only a 10 minute walk to the city centre, private underground parking for cars and bikes, 24 hour concierge, really friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location especially if you are planning to venture to the mountains as there is a huge shop next door home to plenty of mountain climbing and hiking gear. I also received a lovely sterling silver pendent with a gemstone in it from the city jewellers for free from the hotel too!! Perfect x

The hotel was really comfortable. We stayed only for one night, but the staff was nice. We had some problems with payment (not because of the hotel, it was simply our own mistake), but the staff was really understanding and patient. So, only good words for the staff and the main appearance. Only the breakfast room was a little old-fashioned.
