The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and used, but everything is clean. The service is great. There isn't much choice of food at breakfast.

I have never stayed in the hotel myself. But it is the most common hotel in Biel for business travelers. All our customers say this is the best choice in Biel.

The female and male managers, Stephanie and the other guy at the desk are extremely efficient, helpful and friendly despite being fully booked. Very professional atmosphere. Excellent and generous breakfast with lots of variety. Bolt chain locks in the rooms to lock from inside. Top-notch elevator. The rooms I stayed were exactly the same as the pictures. Closest hotel to the train station. The rooms overlook the trees. Quiet, comfortable room with coffee, tea and gummy bears waiting for you. There are vending machines in case you need food, wateretc for almost everything you might need. I was able to store my luggage very safely after check-out because my plane was in the evening. All the staff members really go out of their way to make you comfortable. I am happy I chose this hotel. It is the best value for money. I highly recommend it.
