Had lunch at the brown cow pub/restaurant which is part of the hotel. Great lunch and one of the cheaper places to eat in Zermatt.

A Great hotel in a GREAT location in Zermatt. Our room was over the bar but it wasn't terribly loud. The rooms stay warm despite being really cold outside, so warm that we had to open the window even though it was -8 outside. The hotel is right in the middle of everything so a quick walk to anywhere from it.

Central location friendly and helpful staff. Several options within the hotel for food and apres ski. I really like the clean and modern yet warm rooms. Highly recommend

Excellent place. Good value. Nice and clean room with a lovely view to the Matterhorn. Great breakfast (suggest take it on the small terrace just outside on the right of the breakfast area, and don't forget to have a glass of Prosecco).
