Rooms have no A/C (which also means no air movement, so the dooms are stuffy). Very spartan. Front lobby is bare and unwelcoming. Definitely a little too "down marketĺ for me.

Excellent room and amenities, but not air-conditioned,even fan is also on demand. Zurich temperature was uncomfortable without a/c . Otherwise all modern features present. Nice and cosy room. Reasonably good breakfast.

Modern and clean facilities. Affordable place and with friendly staff. Kitchenette available in the rooms. In need of air conditioning or at least a fan in summer!

Very clean and modern. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely selection of fresh food for breakfast. Coffee machine. Available all day. You have to pay in the evening. Stairs and a lift. Only have double beds in all rooms. We booked a twin room for two ladies. Had to share a double bed . Ideal location near to bus and train station. Free wi.fi.

It is a little bit far from the centre but well served by public transports. Friendly personnel. Minimal decoration but with good taste. Loved the pictures in the room taken during the hotel refurbishment.

Our stay at The Flag in Zürich was alright. It was a bit far from communications as trams and trains, about 15 min walk and it wasn't so much to do in the neighborhood. The room was good for two persons to share and had everything you needed. However, on the down side, you only received a small bottle of schampoo for 2 people two share for a 3 night stay. They had an espresso machine in the room but only to for two cups of coffee, other wise you had to buy more. The coffee machine was closed during the day in the lobby, which gives a really cheap impression. The staff was ok but hardly ever said hi and didn't seem to eager to help. The breakfast was good but over all the standard was a bit low.

Nice modern room but don't expect extended service - few people at reception, room cleaning not done every day if you have a multiple day stay, no restaurant .
