  UNMÖGLICH
  Das schlechteste Hotel, das ich in Schweiz kenne!
  Badezimmer mit Mosaik-Fliesen ausgekleidet!
  Nur an der Wand und im Boden fehlen in so grossen Flächen, das eine Verletzungsgefahr bestand!
  Nach der Reklamation wurde ein anderes Zimmer angeboten, dort fehlten in den Wandflächen Fliesen.
  Für zwei Personen gab es nur je Handtuch!
  Vor der abreise wurde mir eine Gutschrift zu gesagt, ist NIE erfolgt!
  Ein Stern ist zu viel!

  1.the food was terrible. (soup-over salted, meat underdone)
  2.The rooms are not cleaned regularly.
  3.Cold water and low pressure in the bathroom.

  We had a romantic night and stayed only for one night. Unfortunately we couldn`t fall asleep as there was a wedding going on until 3 am! We wish that there would have been a person to adress this to or would have been warned in advance, which did NOT happen :(
  But service, room, food and facilities were nice and we felt well looked after.

  Beautiful views. Ample parking. Free Internet if you book direct. Restaurant Service is a bit slow at times.
