  Beautiful hotel in a beautiful surrounding. Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and modern, very comfortable. Cable car journey to the top of the mountain is must do, the scenery is breathtaking.

  Came here for lunch and was a bit disappointed. The view and location are great, but the service and food was just average. Considering the prices being charged, I expected better food. Service also wasn't the most welcoming. However, the cakes are top-notch!

  Modernes aber gemütliches Hotel. Der Wellness bereich, insbesondere der Ruheraum bei hohem Gästeaufkommen eher knapp. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist sehr fein.

  Wouldn't accept our reka card. Later emailing revealed that they should have accepted our card after all, as the website promises.
  
  The staff isn't exactly cheerful, but I will say that the Geschnetzeltes was perfect.
