  It's really good hotel, I Love to stay here ..
  There is 2 view that you can see from your room , City view or Bodensee view ..
  The room is comfortable for 2 person.
  They also preare hairdryer for straight or even curly hair.
  Safety deposit box and mini bar are inside the cabinet.
  Last night we had amazing dinner in their BO's restaurant, and for the breakfast they have a lot of choice with amazing view from the restaurant ..
  It's really in the middle of old town ..
  When you walk around, it's such amazing place ..
  The Staff, all of them so friendly to all the guests, and the check-in process no need to take a long time ..
  They have wellness and spa as well.
  
  I recommend Hotel Heiden for you guys who travel to Heiden Village Switzerland Canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden.

  Hotel excellent, accueil en Français même au restaurant. Repas sublime avec vue sur le lac. Piscine, massage, chambres spatieuses et très confortables ! 2e fois que j'y vais mais assurément pas la dernière !!
