My wife always wanted to visit Switzerland but also wanted to stay in a typical Swiss Chalet. The Swiss Chalet Lodged was our choice and it was the best.
Besides the great views the very helpful and friendly staff the place has a beautifull setting, romantic feel about it very quaint. The breakfast are fantastic good variety of cheese breads cereals cold meats and champagne for the brave heart so early in the morning.
In the afternoon you can sit outside enjoy a glass of wine and absorb the mountain view.
At 55 years of age you have made a girls dream come true. Thank you Very much

We spend beautiful evening in the bar. It has great romantic atmosphere. Interior in old wooden style. Next to tables with chairs and high chairs st bar you can enjoy rope swings. Great drinks prepared by very friendly barman. Live singer (not sure whether she is there everyday though) and possibility to dance. Very good for group of friends and couples.

Great place, with access to the rail if you want to visit Lucern or move on to other areas. I found the price very affordable, especially given the large buffet breakfast included.

This has a great location for a quiet weekend. You could see the lake and Lucerne from our balcony. The room was very nice, and the bathroom was excellent. Our room didn't have AC though so keep that in mind.
