Good facilities, reasonable rates for the convenience it offers, saving you a trip down to the station. If you have time do go down to the coop near bhf, not the bhf one, the rate is much better there

We stayed for a business conference, but the place looks really cool for a family holiday as well. Rooms were nice, conference rooms equipped with everything necessary and staff always friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to visit. There is a lot to do, swimming, spa, wellness bar etc. Most of the staff are very friendly. All employees at the reception speak very good English, other employees on the park speak less English but able to help you all the time. It's also a good place for start hiking through the mountains.

Very noisy Hotel in the summer when we were there, or they sart drilling in your wall at 7.30, or the Bar is to warm and everybody standing outside until 1.30, people leaving at 6.45 and keep on standing in front of the reception with a running engine and yelling kids or the guys in the garden start mowing at 7.45..panorama restaurant food is so so, especially the salat buffet is not tastefull at all, tastes like been in the fridge for days.. or this is their taste.the Schweizerische Stube is ok, but there the kids have to pay, and it is already an sxpensive place to book. Lots of things to do, but everything has to be payed for exept from the pool which is big and the steam bath. The Indian Tipi tents are just film decor, nothing to do there. Karting is not always availlable a total of 30 hours per week and is electrical, and not cheap.
The balance in price and quality is not there, Ch.450,-/Eur.400 per night for a simple family roomThe hotel staff is very friendly!!

It's just magical to be in a lazy pool in the Alps. Throw in jet water back massages, water slides and a light snow fall.
