  Unser Familienzimmer (eigentlich 2 separate Doppelbettzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Vorraum) war komfortabel, die Betten sehr bequem und alles sauber. Leider haben die SAT Fernsehprogramme nicht funktioniert. WLAN ist ein bisschen umständlich (für jedes Gerät ein eigener Zugang). Der Preis war somit angemessen, für Schweiz Verhältnisse sogar moderat.
  Die Lage ist jedenfalls genial, mit direktem Blick und Zugang auf den See.
  Der Hotel Manger war nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - das konnte man leider von der Frühstücksbedienung nicht behaupten - schnippisch, unfreundlich, verstand offenbar nur Chinesisch und sprach / verstand nur schlecht Englisch. Die Auswahl war - auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen dann aber iO.

  My Grandparents used to come here a long time ago. So the Menu is now Swiss and Chinese and the prices are ok in the Swiss context. Beautiful view and quietness of the lake balance out the bad German of the staff (they should know the word "Riesling"). The Egli on Tartare Sauce was a bit dry despite the batter. Chinese food slightly better. Hmm they need a quality boost, this lovely place has a lot more potential.

  Totally disappointed with the facility, the room is old and the price is not worthy. The restaurant is poorly decorated. I spilled some sauce on the table cloth and then the next day I sat at the same table it was still there, they didn't clean nor change the table cloth frequently. The food was nice but then the amount is not enough for a man but the price was twice as the worthiness of the amount of food. The view is nice though . The manager, seemingly the hotel owner as well only speak Chinese and Italian.

  Een zeer gezellig hotel, waar je erg persoonlijk wordt benaderd. De bediening is goed, de kamers zijn goed en een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de balkons. Kortom een bezoek waard
