Comfortable hotel close to everything: clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, on site restaurant (Mishio) offers guests a breakfast buffet.
Trolleys a block away, shopping and dining everywhere.
Popular tour operators are a 10 minute walk away.
Rooms are moderately priced for the area.

Great location close to main shopping district. Staff is super friendly. The breakfast is included and is very tasty. Has all eggs/cereals/yogurts/breads/juices. Would stay again.

The location of this hotel is great. That said, I had a horrible experience. There was a gentleman who was checking in ahead of me who had a 3 week reservation with a confirmation email. However, their system only had him booked for one night. Three of the electrical outlets in my room did not work. I fixed one myself by resetting the GFI in the bathroom and maintenance fixed one. The most important one by my bed could not be fixed. It only got worse from there. My room was adjacent to a busy street and the road noise was terrible. I was woken up by a drunk woman at 4:30am and could not get back to sleep. Looking forward to a hot shower when I got up. Unfortunately, the drain was extremely slow and the shower started filling up with water. Fortunately, I was only booked for one night.

I have only stayed one night in this hotel but everything was excellent. The hotel is only 5 min away by walk from Zurich central station. Right next to the shopping area and 10 min away by walk to the canal. The hotel environment is nice and quiet despite that it's in the central area of Zurich. The room is very clean and dainty, with multiple room amenities, such as safety box, slippers, even a tablet. The hotel staff are friendly and speak good English. Overall, it's all great. If I go back to Zurich again, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, love the proximity to the central train station, historic downtown, the lake and shopping. Friendly staff and nice rooms. For the price it's a great deal.

Pretty good hotel. Central location and desk service has been fine. Room is small and I have a few nits to pick about things such as shampoo not being filled in the shower, but nothing major. Overall I would consider staying here again.

Perfect location. The bathroom was nice, but lacks ventilation. Room is simple, but nice, clean, and quite. Breakfast has a good selection, especially for breads which are super tasty.

Great staff, comfortable rooms, very clean. Fantastic staff! I'd give it 5 stars if it had included on-site fitness; they do have an arrangement with a gym across the street, which costs 25CHF per day.

room size and its equipment is appropriate to 3-star hotel, bathroom is a bit outdated (by design) but otherwise very clean and it does its job. area is very quiet and perfect for comfortable sleep and really close to the train station. breakfast bar is also awesome!

The room was small but adequate for 1 person. I didn't have any issues with the Internet. The breakfast was descent considering it was free. Is there value to the hotel, maybe maybe not.

If staying for busisness it is an adequate place with easy access to the city. If staying for pleasure I would stay elsewhere and get better value for your money.
