After reading the one star review I feel I should share my experience. Our flight was delayed and we ended up here. The staff jumped to help all of us out efficiently and served us dinner while understaffed with a group of unexpected guests. Now I am enjoying a good breakfast with nice service. We actually want to plan a visit to Zurich under better circumstances.

Very close to the airport. Tram station is on walkable distance. Staff is good with visitors. Rooms are big and clean. Food is bit expensive but various other options available near.

A Hotel with no Hospitality.
I stayed here from 19th to 26th Sep 17. I have to say it upfront for that my experience in the hotel has been horrible. The hotel has undone every good experience I had in Switzerland. The hotel is a budget hotel with some very rude people. I stayed here as a part of a group and hence have no idea of the rent we paid and can’t compare the services with the price.
The room doesn’t basic amenities like tea makers and if you in habit of walking up with tea or coffee then your luck is at worse. The breakfast arrangement resembles a refugee camp and the staff the rudest I have seen across the world.
In short it’s a hotel with no Hospitality.response / report this review -

BE WARNED !!!!
This hotel does NOT have air conditioning.
My room in June 2017 during the day was over 34 Celsius. (94 Fahrenheit)
Hotel does NOT let you know anywhere the lack of such very expected necessity for a newly built 4 Star hotel.
The reception staff is already fed up with all the complaints from the guests and will treat you accordingly rude.
VERY VERY disappointing.

Good beds and close to the airport. Rooms are dark and quiet for an excellent sleep. Bring any snacks or drinks because the only option here is the overpriced restaurant and/or bar. Adding some vending machines, stocking the minibar, or having a small store onsite would be a great addition. Airport shuttle is quite pricy. Nothing spectacular but a decent hotel for a night's rest.

Really nice hotel. Food is a little on the expensive side, even for Zürich, but there are plenty of other options all within 15 minutes. Shame no airport shuttle, but the tram is easy enough.

Great hotel. Easily accessible from the airport - 5 minute tram ride. The stop is a block away from the hotel. If you purchase the 24hour ticket you can use it all day long to ride into the city and then take the tram back to the airport. The room was absolutely immaculate and very comfortable.

Nice, clean, updated and friendly staff. The reason I gave 2 stars; The beds are so uncomfortable, the AC hardly works, and house keeping opened our door at 8am to clean our room. I really wanted to like this place, but how can I like a hotel where I couldn't get a decent night's sleep?

If you need to pass a night near aiport, the hotel is fine. 15 minutes walk from the terminal. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful.

Next to the airport. Rooms for three have a bed for couples and another bed for a single person (this one is a bit uncomfortable). Breakfast is good, with variety.

Overpriced for the medium service. No water in the room, no coffee, etc. Location is ok in a backstreet of an industrial area. Not sure if I would stay again.
