Great view to Lake of Lucerne. Just be aware; ice creams portions start from 15 CHF.

Huge rooms, nice balcony view. However it lacks air conditioning. I normally woke up with a sweat even though there was a fan, although it just wasn't enough.

Gorgeous view of the lake from the hotel patio. Buffet breakfast was also pretty good. One of the things to take notice that I wasn't aware of when booking here was that none of the hotel rooms have air conditioning.so if you're visiting during the summer months, the room does get a bit toasty making it difficult to sleep. On the subject of sleeping, these beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in. Probably the most uncomfortable of any hotel I stayed at. The pillows provided don't support your head at all, even after folding the pillow.

Nice place but not a 4 star rating! A lamp did not have a bulb on and there was no air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and as we had to drive most kf the day back to germany they asked us if we had enough water with us and they offered us 2 bottles. Not braking the back but was nice

Das Hotel bietet eine gute Küche und eine schöne Lage direkt am Vierwaldstättersee (Bus- und Schiffstation in unmittelbarer Nähe). Das Essen schmeckt ausgezeichnet, die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell. Das Hotel verfügt über mehrere Seminarräume und eignet sich deshalb gut für Veranstaltungen mit kleineren und grösseren Gruppen. Die Pausenverpflegung ist ein Genuss!
