Worst company you can imagine. Takes forever to get a reply to messages, it's a big company and everything takes forever. Had a leaking pipe in the bathroom but they refused to repair it, as a result I had mold within 2 weeks and all I want now is to move out ASAP.

bunch of thieves and as h**es (sorry for my language) they give me a key to unfinished building and they told me they will be finishing the rest urgently in on week, now I am leaving in the messa nad one month passed and these layers haven't done anything. Was looking for a place in and around Zurich, and they did a great job, got a beautifully restored apartment in the region. Contact was always friendly and professional. Can recommend them.

We wanted to rent a parking slot. They send me the contract after 2 weeks and ask us to send back within 3 days. We didn't, but about a week later we asked to change the date on the contract. They denied this. If we want to rent an empty parking slot, we have to pay +1 month (which mostly passed), because the lazy administrator don't want to change the date in the contract.

Unfortunatley there is no way to give "0" stars
- Horrible service
- 0 responsivenesss
- 0 compromise
- They charge you extra for any kind of poor quality services
- They will try to charge you also for suff you never ordered

Mühsame Verwaltung! Auf meine Anfrage, ob es zu einer Mietwohnung einen Grundriss gibt, bekam ich einen Besichtigungstermindaraufhin schrieb ich, dass ich keinen Besichtigungstermin möchte, sondern erstmal einen Grundriss brauche - soll ich eine Stunde fahren, um dann festzustellen , dass die Aufteilung für mich nicht passt? Offenbar, es gab dann auch keine Rückmeldung mehr.
