  I went there to repare my bike last Saturday (August 8th) with not a lot of hope that they could do it right away I was wrong, after leaving it around 12h, I got it before 16h. Quality and price are very good and I can only recommend. People are also friendly and helpful as I will definitely go back if needed in th future! Cheers

  I had to go twice to Bike Shop Luzern : once to buy an accessory for my MTB and a second time, to make a service on my road bike. The team is experienced, friendly and always ready to help. Prices are also quite competitive! I really recommend them! Cheers guys

  I've been going here for over 10 years and I keep coming back for the very warm welcome, quality service and fair prices. As a college student, the brothers always undercharged me for services, often only charging for labour, not parts, as they knew I wasn't working - such is their kindness. It's impossible to leave without having a coffee and a chat and sometimes even a bite of lunch! I continue to go to them even though I've been living on the other side of the city for many years now. Their friendly service is a great draw and I can't recommend them more highly.

  Very helpful, super friendly and quick in service. For the service, the price is good. Mostly cheaper than other bike stores. Will definitely go agaon, if I have an issue with my bike.

  Nicht Freundlich bei Rückgabe von gekauften Zubehör wo nicht gepasst hat am Velo.
  Wollte es nicht retour nehmen obwohl es nie gebraucht wurde und das Teil wurde von Ihm mir empfohlen das es an meinem Fahrrad passt
  
  Sagte mir ich solle NIE mehr in seinem Geschäft kommen.
  
  Schlechte Beratung! Nicht zu empfehlen!
