Great place to see the Christmas lights. Usually crowded. Most trans go through this place so it's quite easy to reach other parts of the city from here. It's a really nice walk from here to either the lake or the main train station along Bahnhofstraße.

The place is connected to a street called bahnhofstrasse which is a street full with shops and a great place to just walk around. Paradeplatz is a great meeting place because it's a place where there are multiple trams passing by with tram stops. Although there is not much to do, there are banks, and a "Sprüngli" which is known for it's delicious desserts. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend this place as a meeting point but not as a place where you can hang out since it's a small square with banks and a hotel.

Central square in Zurich, famous for the banks located there. Traffic, Trams makes it a lot chaotic, therefore of limited attractiveness.

Probably the most known place in Zurich, featuring 5 class shops and Hotels, bars etc not to be missed is the Bar of "Savoy Hotel", which is on Sunday afternoon a particularly good venue. The bar's entrance is not that visible, and there are 2 sides to enter the hotel, be sure to pick the North West entrance for this bar.
A piano Player is sometimes there.
