  Upstairs inside Hotel. Food is absolutely delicious. Understated sophistication. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful to non- German speakers.

  Hidden away in a small town but one of the finest restaurants around. This gem offers friendly service, comfortable ambience, and sophisticated dishes. It's probably not in a travel/food guide but definitely worth the stop!

  Si con i bambini! Cibo buono non esagerato. Hanno tavoli nel giardino con un enorme benissimo albero. Parco giochi nel giardino! Poi vedere dal tavolo. Certo siamo sempre in Svizzera e il comportamento non rumoroso è più che gradito. Albergo non è gran che. Come punto riposo per una notte vale la pena di esperimentare.

  Waren in diesem Restaurant nach einem erlebnisreichen und anstregenden Tag essen und es war sehr gut! Das Personal war ausserordentlich Freundlich (nicht selbstverständlich in der Schweiz), das Essen war super! Der Service im allgemeinen war perfekt, schnelle bedienung, sogar ein Gruss aus der Küche und für diesen wirklich guten Service sind auch die Preise (welche im normal Bereich für die Schweiz liegen) absolut angemessen.
  Die Lage direkt an der Axenstrasse mit Sicht auf den Urnersee ist super auf dem Rückweg vom Gotthard Richtung Zürich, Luzern etc. und trotz direkter Lage an der Hauptstrasse war es auch auf dem Gartensitzplatz nicht zu laut.
  Werden auf jeden Fall wieder einmal kommen.

  We asked for the bathroom at the Restaurant and weren't allowed to use it unless we had food. This is prohibited in Switzerland. The view is okay ;)
