AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Snowed in, so had to stay there for an overnight Sun-Mo: no staff but plenty of bedbugs, like dozens in all shapes and sizes. Had nowhere to go till morning so had a look around and eventually slept on a mattras in a mostly bug free storage room next to an disgusting kitchen prep area.

The authorities should intervene ASAP: It's a public health hazard

Great view. Nice rooms. Comfy beds. But: lots of bed bugs in room 21. we are covered in bites. Management was bid interested in our feedback when we told them that the sheets are covered with little bloodstains. No apologies. Food is below average and service is bad. Never again.

Just look at the disgusting fish I received (I posted four photographs, but be forewarned they will turn your stomach)! There is no excuse for the SFr 27.00 cost for this nasty, nasty older-than-me-maybe fish. When I complained on another site the owner, a dwarf named Ruben, called me a liar so I decided I needed to spread the word: STAY AWAY from this dump. Two lunches (included the doll house sized salad bar, photographs have been taken by others) with two non alcoholic drinks = 72 SFr. DISASTER! RIP OFF! E-mail me if you want to see even more disgusting evidence.

Food was pretty good but service was so-so. They seem to lack manpower and the servers were not flexible with their task assignments. Rösti is highly recommended.

Magnificent views over the Swiss mountains. But a noisy place in need of more staff. A bit run down but good food and clean rooms.

Stopped here for lunch. The Kulm burger was good. The restaurant/hotel is sponsored by Telsa motors and there is a car available to test drive.

I would give 3 stars for the beautiful location of this restaurant(plus hotel), the staff were kinda weird I'm not saying they were rude or bad but I couldn't feel the sense of welcoming in them, the coffee I tried was so normal and the apple sweet was not nice.

Overall, the place is nice to enjoy the view but not to stay for a long time.

Stayed one night in Family Suite for skiing in Meiringen Hasliberg. The room was simple and basic, amenity was minimal, but the room has plenty of space with 2 sofas and 2 singles beds for each room, and with a beautiful view of mountains.
Quality of food was also good. I had raclette and glass of red wine for dinner, and inclusive continental breakfast. Nothing special, but good enough.

nice food with local dishes. parking places quite good for a restaurant beside the road.
they also have a kids corner to keep them busy a little bit.
Icecream was really good! :)
it is a bit pricy, compared to what you would expect, but since you are in Switzerland is within the normal range.

Beautiful view in a cozy building, stop for a coffee but don't stay to eat! This restaurant was the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced in Switzerland. Therefore I just feel I need to warn others before they get tempted to stop there. From now on I will consult Google before going to eat. The Carpaccio that was supposed to have fresh muschrooms on it, had a warm champignon canned sauce on it. The herb butter still had the plastic on it. The dishes were served cold. The service was unprofessional and not up to swiss standards. Each dish tasted like the same monosodiumglutamate spice. "Fitnessteller" was served with rotten iceberg lettuce. I doubt anyone stops twice at this restaurant.
