Very scenic location.
Extremely boring food menu. Same food every day all meals predictable. Not much help for vegetarians.
Bathrooms a real challenge in rooms. Poor drainage and verrry small to move around or shower.
Pillows too soft my request for a change was attended the last night before I left😑

It was a great place to stay in a room that has a beautiful view at the sea.
Being a 3 star hotel you wont find there a safety box or a minibar inside the room .
Only at the last day of my stay I discovered that they have a refrigerator in every floor serving the entire floor rooms where every room has a drawer to put their stuff in.
*tip:
You can keep your beverages cold if you put them just outside the window if the weather is relatively cold.
The small paper that suppose to have the wifi password is cut in the wrong way at the time , only the portion of the username is visible so it was annoying that i have to explain such thing to the reception desk.

One of the best locations in the whole world, a great hotel with stunning views, not only this but wonderful and helpful staff helped us to plan our stay there and get the most of it. Provided us with all nessary maps and booklets for grandelvald and goinfrauh.
Hotel provides free tickets to downtown by ship and bus, it is located beside nice lake where you can enjoy a lot of activities, breakfast was simple but very good, touch of peace was the title of our stay Their.

Its an amazing place to stay!! Views are incredible! Rooms are all with balcony to where you have nice views, also there is Bar with even greater views to the mountains. A lot of activities are available: cayak,paddle board and etc. We loved it!!!

amazing place swam in Lake breakfast was great and staff so helpfull a must to stay for the area
