  Charming atmosphere! Swiss quality through and through! Incredible views, top service, better food and amazing breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

  Unfortunately the service was very grumpy and unprofessional in the restaurant. If a customer is unhappy with the food don't try to charge when they can't eat it. Bad food is bad food, bad service is bad service - that's why the restaurant is virtually empty on a Saturday night.

  Sea-front rooms offer a spectacular view over the Thunersee and the mountains (Stockhorn, Niesen) behind, room was clean and spacious, everybody of the (quite young) staff is friendly, helpful and well-trained. New Year's Eve ball with a creative and absolutely delicious 5-course dinner was really a pleasure attending.
