When it was time for me to get glasses I went to a few shops in Lausanne, and this place was the best in terms of service and selection. And the prices are comparable to what everyone else is charging. But even if it cost more I would still come back to this shop (and I have) because of the personalized service. They now recognize my wife and I and they don't mind if I stop in to get my frames adjusted (even if I didn't buy a particular pair from them).
