First, it took me almost an hour to figure out how to reach there by foot from Centre Commerical Crissier. It is inconveniently located in the middle of highway intersections so good luck if you don't have a car. Second, when I arrived there and entered the store not one employee said a thing about my backpack, I would only figure out that I had to leave my backpack at the front desk when I came to leave and an employee asked to search my backpack. Lastly, and this annoyed the most, is that their website is full of all these laptops but when you click on the item you see that the laptop is practically out of stock in all stores. And this happened for most laptops that were moderately priced. As a student who uses his laptop for work ONLY, buying a laptop is a big investment, and the employee should not try to convince me to buy a laptop that doesn't have sufficient specs or that is outright over-priced because of a lousy aluminum keyboard.

They do not accept credit cards, only debit or cash (or naturally, their own in-store card). The staff are generally lack in both knowledge and courtesy however the store "does" carry most consumer electronics and the prices are decent. It's the type of store you "endure" simply because you know you'll more thank likely find what you need.
