We asked the counter girl to help us book a bed for the night in a hut after the guy in the wasn't too friendly to English speakers. Turns out she was the same- after trying to ignore our presence in the office, although we were the only ones there, we finally caught her attention. We didn't understand what she'd talked about with the guy from the hut, but she sounded very not happy to talk with him and generally that we bothered her. Again maybe because German/French isn't our native language. Eventually we managed to book it on our own.
Very unfriendly crew, avoid if possible.response / report this review
