  Loved out stay here. Murren is so picturesque and this hotel puts you right in the edge of the beauty. We also loved how attentive and kind the staff were. They were more than accommodating for us and our 1 year old daughter. Would definitely recommend!

  We had a room with a balcony that faced the street, not the mountains. The room was nice. It was small but the bathroom was a good size and the shower worked well. It got a bit warm inside, but we opened our balcony to let in fresh cold air. We ate dinner at the restaurant. It was expensive just like the rest of the area, but the food was fine and the service was great.

  The room was clean, but it was small and the bed was not the most comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good, but not a large variety. The staff is extremely friendly! The views and staff were fantastic and I would recommend staying here.

  Hotel Alpina is incredible. The one side of the hotel has an incredible view of the mountains, so the rooms are perfect for sitting outside on the balcony. The owners and employees are extremely kind and made our stay that much more enjoyable. They are very accommodating and did everything they could to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Alpina!

  Mürren is a quaint little town full of friendly people and beautiful surroundings. Our typical European-sized room was clean and newly remodeled. We were on the "road" side where there was usually a lot of noise (despite this being a "car free"town, there ARE a few noisy cars that workmen drive around . We could also smell cigarette smoke frequently from people sitting below our balcony window and doors, which we kept open since there was no need for a/c. If you have a choice, ask for a room on the "view-side" of the hotelthen you will be able to look out directly on Jungfrau, which I think would be amazing! The staff were helpful but if you want a bottle of wine, walk down the street to the market and get one for €5 instead of getting it from the hotel for €23! Overall, this was a perfect place for me and my teenaged daughter and I sincerely hope to be able to return one day. If we hadn't had to deal with the cigarette smoke, I would have rated this place 5 stars. The noisewe could deal with that and it wasn't really an issue, especially at night.

  Newer hotel. Great view from some rooms and the restaurant. Rooms were clean. Would have been nice to have a fan since there is no AC. No elevator. Good food.

  This hotel securely sits on the cliff in the town of Murren. It has clean room private bathrooms and breathtaking views of the Bernese Oberland region and Jungfrau. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When we arrived they presented us with free travel passes for the region (not valid on some routes), 10% off one meal at the hotel, 10% off ski rentals. Although it is subject to availability. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

  Some of the best views in Murren, with a very helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant offers a decent selection of reasonably priced (and good) food. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
