Excellent dinning experience in the heart of Rapperswil, which i highly recommend.
Kitchen:
- team of young chefs with an inspirational leader
- Fresh bio products from local farmers (when eating the butter one can smell the stall - its that fresh and tasty!)
- excellent mix between innovative kitchen and classical dishes
Service and ambiente:
- done by the wife of the chef, hence very familial, warm and friendly
- competent
- attentive
- causy authentic interior, for me slightly too "empty"
Pricing: it is surely not a cheap place to go dine, however it is a very fair price for what you get. the quality of raw ingredients and the complexity of preparation are exceptional for such a young restaurant.
The restaurant/hotel also has a little potato shop, delicious!
