  Very good service. I was late to check in at night, but a very nice lady waited for me as I drove down out of the alps. I had a nice moderized room with a nice view.

  Excellent location on the outskirts of Rorschach, convenient for exploring the local area. Very well presented hotel, with helpful and professional staff, who couldn't do enough for you. We liked the external decoration with the pumpkins and autumn theme.
  The large deluxe double room we had on the first floor with two balconies and lake view was lovely. The room was exceptionally clean, fresh smelling and very clean carpet. Bed extremely comfortable, kettle, tea and coffee in room. Comfortable table and chairs in room as well as on the balcony.
  Bathroom well fitted, nice fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and powerful shower. However, the walk in shower would be perfect if fitted with full glass panel doors rather than the glass and shower curtain combination.
  There is some road noise from the motorway, which is a little way behind the hotel. We could hear it in our room, even though we were on the lake side of the hotel, but did not prevent us from getting to sleep - more background noise than anything.
  We stayed here on the last two nights of our two weeks touring France, Italy and Switzerland and this hotel came joint top with another hotel in Tasch as the best of the trip.
  Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you for a great couple of nights!

  Ziemlich gutes hotel. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Je nachdem welche Zimmer man wählt sind sie auch mittelmäßig bis sehr gut. Wovon ich abraten muss sind die Einzelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsklo und Gemeinschaftsküche. Ich selbst habe mit dem Gemeinschaftsding kein Problem aber die Einzelzimmer sind viel zu klein und die Betten sehr unbequem. Das Doppelzimmer ist sehr gut. Die anderen Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Parkplätze sind reichlich und gratis vor dem Hotel und man hat einen schönen Bodenseeblick. WLAN-empfang ist auch sehr gut.

  Freundlich, schöne Aussicht bei Zimmern mit Seeblick, genug und vor allem motiviertes Personal. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig im Hotelzimmer ist das Lavabo, welches nicht im Bad sondern außerhalb ist. Generell empfehlenswert.

  Ich war hier schon öfters zu Gast zum Mittag essen. Das Restaurant erfüllt definitiv hohe Ansprüche. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt und die Qualität der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet. Man hat von vielen Tischen einen traumhaften Blick auf den Bodensee. Preis/Leistung passt hier sehr gut.

  A lovely, family owned Swiss hotel with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. Beautifully maintained and updated with well appointed rooms. The staff is friendly, helpful and speak English. Highly recommend the restaurant also, delicious! Will definitely be back for this hospitality.
