When we arrived, they front desk agent gave us a room that wasn't cleaned. I went downstairs to tell her about it, and she gave us another room, also dirty. However, she raced up and apologized dearly, and asked if wanted to dine in their restaurant while they cleaned the room. We said it was definitely ok and not to worry! At dinner, the food was excellent, a quality meal, and they comped our beer due to the incident. The room was nice, spacious, and comfy. Problem resolution at this hotel is wonderful, I would recommend.

Freundlicher Gastgeber und Sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist einfach gehalten, sauber und genügend gross. Würde ich wieder hingehen, vielleicht sogar für die Skiferien 😃
