Nice views around. The room is basic, but nice and clean. Breakfast was a bit poor.

rezeption sehr freundlich, zimmer sind in ordnung, schlicht gehalten und nix besonderes, sauber und tv mit gutem empfang.
gebucht hatte ich online, es stand, dass es mit hund in ordnung ist.
einen button separat für den hund hatte ich auf der onine seite nicht gesehen.
beim check inn frage ich explizit nach hund, geht aber nicht in jedem zimmer, glücklicherweise war noch eines frei.
allerdings kostet mit hund 15 chf mehr. das sollte man wissen.
die nacht war in ordnung, es war oktober und die heizung funktionierte.
das frühstück war eher jugendherberge, marmelade in diesen fertig plastik packungen, nutella, etc. kaffee war in ordnung, es gab direkt eine kanne.
die lage des hotels ist gut bis genial.
gut: zwar liegt es fast direkt in der talsenke, also bereits im oktober ist esdurch die hohen bergelinks und rechts ziemlich schnell dunkel und einfach wenig sonne.
genial: ca. 5 km vom gotthard-pass entfernt. 20 minuten fahren und man war direkt auf dem pass.
für die lage, die freundlichkeit und das hotel an sich gibt es 5 sterne, einen stern abzug für frühstück und 15 chf extra für den hund.response / report this review -

Accueil froid.Bon plan pour prendre le Saint Gothard SEULEMENT.Depuis que j'y vais je n'ai jamais vu une seul fois le soleil.

Only stayed for one night. Room was small but the breakfast made up for it.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Ideal location for a stop over. Beautiful scenery and if you like walking or biking it's great. Breakfast has no hot food not even eggs and dont sit where there isnt a plate and cup! The evening meals are ok. It may sound petty but they serve just one slice of bread. Overall not a bad place to stay
