No wifi in the room. Breakfast was of the most basic version. Room not cleaned - they came in to close my window and left my room unlocked all day. Very small room. Wait a few minutes for hot water. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Can hear your neighbors - paper thin walls.

I very nice hotel where we have spend our wintersport holydays for seven years now. Very friendly owners. Good food en very good wine. You can not call it a modern hotel, but we are looking for a good hotel, not for a modern hotel. Andermatt is a very good place to ski with you family, but also to ski outside the pistes when you are an experienced off-piste skier.
