  Une très jolie chambre très soigné et un très joli emplacement de l'hôtel mais par contre le restaurant n'est pas très chaleureux très bruyant et je ne sais pas si c'était parce qu'on était en basse-saison mais les employés n'était pas à la page de très longue attente pour recevoir les plats et manque un petit peu d'originalité

  I am only rating the restaurant here, not the hotel.
  
  Very very beautiful location, we were sitting outside.
  
  Food was OK, just a tiny bit short to really be able to recommend it. Get Salt and Pepper right from the beginning. I am subtracting half a star for that.
  
  Service was below average, really long waiting times, often orders / wishes were completely forgotten. I was really annoyed after a while. That makes another 1.5 stars minus.

  Was für ein wundervoller Ort. Endlich ein Hotel, das sich den Charme früherer Zeiten bewahrt hat, mit vielen originalen Details, ganz sanft renoviert. Dazu die unübertreffliche Lage direkt am See mit der Gartenterrasse unter alten Bäumen. Und ein charmantes Wirtspaar mit einem tollen Team..Wir werden in Kürze wiederkommen und unsre Seelen hier baumeln lassen.

  Nice place. View on the lake is amazing! I just can't understand why the rating of the hotel is so low? Friendly welcome, good internet of up to 18 Mbit/sec, free parking just outside of the hotel. Breakfast is included. Price for the room is adequate.

  Delicious dinner in a very cosy terrace with views. Staff extremely nice and polite. The hotel nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast with good breads in a living room with amazing views of the lake. Totally recommend it

  Wir haben beim Business Lunch nach dem WLAN Code gefragt. Antwort: Den gibt's nur für Hotelgäste. (Wir haben 3x mehr Umsatz gebracht als ein Hotelgast).

  Widerlich, wie Herr Schredder Bewerbungsschreiben beantwortet! Rassismus pur! Bitte nur Schweizer Gäste, nur Schweizer Franken und Schweizer Essen, Ausländer unerwünscht! Eine Anzeige bei der Polizei wäre in diesem Fall die einzige Möglichkeit.

  Schöne Lage am See, aber sehr lange Wartezeit für Mittagsmenü (über eine Stunde). Rösti Portionen sind sehr klein.
