The best hotel in Lauterbrunnen. Though the location is furthest from railway station but the view from the windows and balconys are heartthrobing. The staffs of the hotel are very much cordial and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

The view from your balcony is spectacular of the Swiss Alps & several waterfalls. Love that it maintains the original qualities of when it was built in 1890. (However could use new carpet throughout.) The tub is a Pres Roosevelt style soaking tub and very deep with good shower. Good location.

Great views, very friendly and knowledge staff, tiny rooms in the attic-- can be quite warm. Be careful when booking.

Adam checked us in he was so helpful and very polite as where all the staff at this hotel. Breakfast was good and had you ready for the day, Maria was another lovely staff member who was at breakfast and was very helpful in recommending things to do during the days. Room where very comfortable and we had a view of the waterfall and up the valley which was stunning. Would recommend staying here and will be staying again once back in Switzerland.

This is a very simple hotel, little facilities, even simple things like kettle isn’t available in room my room was 29-30 and it has a tiny bathroom, however,

This hotel totally worth it if your room has a balcony and facing the waterfall.

Btw, even the breakfast area has a very nice view.

If your room isn’t facing the waterfall, then look for another hotel.

Loved the hotel n nice location. Spacious enough, bath and toilet is comfortable, big. Very friendly staff, always helps u with a smile on their. There is a picnic room has all need cutlery to heat and store food. Buffet Breakfast has nice spread.

Adam and Mariya were fantastic! We learned so much from them and the very helpful Staubbach Guide. Room was perfect, the patio was great! Thank you so much for giving us such a great room on our honeymoon. Internet was fine, but we didn't use it too often. Breakfast was perfect, having the cheese there was so great! The incredible view from our window and patio made this the best trip!

Just finished staying here and it was amazing. We didn't know what to expect but it exceeded our expectations. Adam up front was so helpful and the breakfast was awesome with a spectacular view of the falls. Wish we stayed more ham one night! Bed is very comfortable too. Will come back for sure!
