Poor standards of customer service! Pathetic experience! They try to dupe people from different nationalities and will pretend to not understand English if you have a complaint. The attendant Michelle brought an opened water bottle which was half used and served water from that, then added 5.5 to the bill for a new bottle. When we complained they pretended to not understand English and cursed in their own words.
Such places where customer service is not known should not be running.. Food as well is not gud.. Will not recommend ever!

Went here as a group of 6 on a Friday night. It was relatively busy at around 7:40 pm, but we were immediately seated. We ordered quite a few things, but the winners were Pasta and Pizza, which are home made and delicious. Service was excellent and quick. Food is a bit overpriced though. Paying CHF 28 for a pasta is a bit much, although the portion sizes are decent enough.

We used to go there regularly until recently. Food is still good but we noticed a decline in service quality. Really a pity since the place could do really well if only they had enough (skilled) waiters.

Needed a quick meal after a flight. This was just the job. We all had pasta but the pizzas looked great. Only gripe would be my lasagne was not hot enough.
