Although I did not have the chance to experience this Hotel, I did however, experience the kind and generous service from Serena! I’m a first time traveller and had some unfortunate events occur where one of my trains was seriously delayed and I ended up missing my final train to St.Moritz as a result. This also happened to be the last train to St.Moritz as well - so that meant I was stranded in the middle of nowhere! Serena was very understanding and cancelled my booking FREE OF CHARGE so she could help me. Serena’s service pulled me out of my sad funk and certainly reflects the service offered by all staff! If I ever have a chance to stay in St.Moritz, I will be coming to Hotel Piz and will thank Serena in person :)

Clean and big enough but bad ventilation, feel hot even at night when external temperature is only 20C. Need to open the windows widely to get fresh air in but it is quite noisy at early morning and strong smell of baking bread at mid-night. Maybe because my room is at the 1st floor and facing the neighbor building.

Personal friendly, room was good, but bathroom really little. After all day in hard work we wait little bit other daily menu. No only pasta with vegetaible. But thx for good service. ;-)

Good rooms with small bathrooms. Bus to Signalbahn stops right outside and Coop is just up the street. Ski room could use more ski racks.

Great Location good value for money considering where you are. Staff were friendly enough. I ate in their pizzeria 2 nights, food was great without a too expensive CHF tag. Although on main road, it was quiet enough. Great for public transport. Number 3 bus stops right outside. For a relative inexpensive stay in St Moritz, I would definitely stay here again. I did get a free upgrade when I arrived. which I didn't even ask for it!.so that was a total bonusalso included breakfast!

Good value for money. The rooms were very small .barely had any space to walk around with 2 large suitcases. Rooms were fairly clean.The location of the hotel was very good though.faurly central and has a direct bus to the train station.

Great value for money and if you get a room that's high enough, you could have a nice view of the lake.
Convenient to get to the main village with a busstop right outside the hotel. Only takes 5 mins!

This is a great place to spend a couple of nights! Do not expect anything fancy in the rooms. On the other hand their living room and restaurant are very nice and lively, enjoy their wine and food especially their ribs.
