  This review is focused on the lunch opportunities on the outside terrace of this hotel. There seems to be two areas. A deck just outside the main dining room and tables spread on the grass just below. All have incredible views down the valley towards Tarasp.
  
  I've looked at this view for many years and still enjoy each second.
  The menu is seasonally driven and extensive. You will not be disappointed. The beer selection includes Biera Engiadinaisa from Tschlin so you have a local choice. Nice after a hike up from Lavin.
  Service was friendly and helpful.

  Komischer Kartenaufbau. Capuns waren fast roh, teigig. Die Preise sind gesalzen.Trotz wind und kälte wurden wir nur im schönen Garten serviert. Schade. Protz Tesla im Garten lädt nicht zu weiterem Besuch ein.

  We are experienced warm weather walkers but have never done any winter walking in the snow. We had a wonderful week! The hotel was lovely and all the staff were very friendly.

  Waren kurz für Kaffe & Kuchen hier. Sehr freundliches Personal, heimeliges Stübli. Zu empfehlen ist die hausgmachte Engadiner Nusstorte!

  We had a lovely lunch at the restaurant. Typical local dishes. Pretty large plates. Very friendly and motivated staff.
