Ho soggiornato solo una notte presso l'Hotel Kreuz in occasione dei mercatini di Natale. Hotel in una posizione centrale e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Ha un arredamento moderno, la stanza era pulita ed in ordine. Ho anche usufruito della prima colazione in cui c'erano molti prodotti dolci e salati

Recently renovated. It is clean and tidy. Located in the city center with friendly staff that are very helpful. Breakfast is not great.

Perfect location in the old town. Everything within a few minutes walking distance. Friendly staff. Rooms on the 5th floor a bit small but modern. Breakfast is okay. If you are on a city trip, go for it.

My room was noisy from early morning, and would need a refurbishing soon. The gym opens too late. On the other hand, people is nice, and the location is excellent.

The room was difficult to get to, with a mix of stairs and elevators. But the room was adequately comfortable and breakfast was great.

Some construction going on but it is not horrible. Also hotel is a bit warm but I turned off the heat in our room and opened windows. Staff is very nice and it is a clean hotel. Breakfast is included in the hotel stay and has many different choices . It is a short walk from the train station and was easy to find.

Good and clean. Breakfast is okay. Wifi password is expired every 48h needing a replacement every 2 days. Great location. Should have toiletries (shampoo, hair conditioning, soap) in the bedroom toilet.

I was extremely comfortable at Hotel Kruez Bern. The staff was very attentive and helped us navigate the city, and our room was kept very clean. The rooftop has a beautiful room and it is in a great location. Highly recommended.
